Access to specific lobby sections — including sports markets and certain game rooms — depends on local law. Where local law permits full access, all clauses in these Terms apply uniformly regardless of which city or region you are in.

We retain records for five years after account closure in line with applicable financial regulations. During that period you may still request a copy of your data; after five years the records are deleted from our systems permanently.
